I work with all types of nutrition issues including weight loss, fitness, heart health and cholesterol, food allergies, and digestive disorders. I help work a healthy plan into your own lifestyle; I don't give you a diet to follow. Diets are things to go on and off of. Instead, we develop a plan that best fits into your lifestyle. I will help with meal planning, grocery shopping, and will even do private cooking classes. I provide a safe space to start working on your overall health goals. I offer support and guidance as you work towards making some life changes.
