Dear Michele, Ten days ago I had my 3-month check with my doctor. The results, both blood glucose count and my cholesterol level, were the best in the last 4 years, since I contracted diabetes. It seems clear to me that this was due in large part to your useful advice and encouragement. I have also noticed certain side benefits, such as fungus and unpleasant splitting of my toe- and fingernails; these have also almost completely disappeared. In any event I simply wanted to thank you and I will try to continue to be good. — Elizabeth B
Michele, you have changed my life health wise. I eat breakfast everyday, balanced portions and more fiber, and omega 3"s! I feel like I eat more and this change in my diet has stuck. my body is used to it for the most part. again THANK YOU!. my skin is unbelievable!!!!!! I hardly ever itch and I hardly use my steroid cream....you were right. eating healthy has almost got rid of my itchy skin. a huge thanks again!!!! — Trever
